Single unbaked pie crust Directions Wash and slice the peaches into an unbaked pie shell. Mix together the
sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon, and pour over the peaches. Bake at 400 degrees F for 35 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate before
serving. For ultimate decadence, serve with vanilla ice cream! PIE CRUST Note: If you don't have a favorite pie crust recipe, here's a simple
no-fail one that makes 4 single crusts you can freeze: 1 1/4 cup shortening Beat egg. Add water, vinegar, salt. Blend with rest of ingredients. Roll into 4 dough balls. The more handling the better!
